Rogue and Rascal

When it comes to ‘Brewed in Scotland from Girders’ every self respecting deerhound knows it’s got to be ‘yer other national drink!’ . . . yes Irn Bru!

So what better a dram to welcome an additional, wee, alcohol free youngster in tae the family, than a snifter o the Bru?

Meet Rascal . . . ‘Bred in Scotland with Attitude!‘

So far this week, we’ve experienced every seasons weather, learned the chase, how to dig holes, how to eat plasterboard walls, apple, plum and pear trees, discovered the sin bin, oh! . . . and how to be sneakily good and we’ve had great fun in the process.

Rapscallion behaviour to the max!

All we can say is watch out when the Three “R’s” are about!

And an interesting statistical side note is; where as Coca Cola has become the number 1 selling soft drink in almost every country in the world a few countries still hold out against their global domination - Irn Bru has long been the most popular soft drink in Scotland, outselling Coca-Cola. It is also the third best selling soft drink in the UK, after Coca-Cola and Pepsi. The other countries still holding home control of their soft drink market are as follows - Brazil's Guaraná, Ireland's Club Orange, South Australia's Farmers Union Iced Coffee, Peru's Inca Kola, Malta's Kinnie and Sweden's Julmust.

My deerhound loved to play with big plastic bottles. When he found one on the beach he'd dance around with it for ages and chase about after it when he let the wind blow it away.
I hope you and your young friend have many happy years of fun together.
